Integra Completes Siebel to Salesforce.com Migration for Financial Services Firm
Using our structured Technology Evaluation & Selection toolkit, we helped a large financial services firm choose the right CRM system for them. We then lead the implementation of the SalesForce.com CRM system, which was rolled out to various user groups in several phases. Integra's Rapid Implementation Methodology enabled the first user group to gain production access in less than four months! Our client was delighted with the ability to meet custom requirements without large, burdensome development efforts and, because the application is run entirely in the cloud, was able to reduce its dependence on expensive servers and internal IT infrastructure.

Doug Catalano joins Integra as Managing Partner and COO
Doug Catalano has joined Integra as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. He is a 25 year veteran of consulting and IT services with extensive experience in professional services firms, both public and private ranging in size from start-up to over 3,000 people. Prior to joining Integra, Doug was Chairman, CEO and President of Enherent Corp, a staffing, consulting and systems integration firm providing technology services to Fortune 500 and SMB markets in the Northeast. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Granitar, Inc., an internet consulting and systems integration firm, CEO of Peritus Software Services, a provider of software maintenance solutions and President of CSC Consulting, where he spent 15 years in a variety of roles including President from 1990 to 1997. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Northeastern University. Over the last 5 years, Doug has been an active member of several Boards of Directors and Advisors.
